10 - 15 participants, who affect supply chain design, supply chain strategy and operations by their decisions
Basic knowledge in economics; working experience within the supply chain

The participant can review the cooperation of all supply chain members involved and can analyze a supply chain based on key performance indicators. He knows the strategic approach and the measures to plan and design the suply chain as well as the resulting consequences on costs and performance.

SCM training based on interactive simulation of business processes, supported with SCM-software simulation, group work, discussions and lectures.
The training is offered for the following business sectors: standard product business, system business, project business.
The business processes of the simulation can be customized by adapting: product structure, production structure, procurement structure, sales structure and order structure.
